  • How does it work?

    Contact us to see if your date is available, sign the contract, pay the retainer, and let us do all the work! We will walk you through the numerous options included in your package, personalize the booth to you and your event, then we add pizzazz to your party! We will deliver, setup, and breakdown the booth after the event. 

  • Will a photo booth attendant be present at our event?

    Of course, our professional attendants will come dressed in appropriate attire and will setup/take-down the photo booth. They are there to ensure the photo booth runs to perfection and to help you and your guests with scrap booking, energizing them with fun prop suggestions, and any other questions they have. The attendant will not stay on site for the our digital drop off photo booth experiences. They will setup and show someone how fun and easy the selfie style photo booths are to use.

  • We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?

    We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a photographer to take pictures of the event itself (mostly weddings), however, Desert Memories Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests, not to mention a gift to take home! The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event. When you see Grandma wearing a pirate hat and blowing kisses into the camera, you will know it's a hit. 

  • Should I choose an open-air or enclosed booth?

    That is completely up to you! Both have advantages and are full of laughter and fun! The enclosed booth provides privacy for your guests. We find the enclosed booth emboldens guests to GO WILD when they would usually be more reserved when they know people are looking at them. The enclosed booth have numerous background options and includes the green screen. The open-air style booth is very popular for a step and repeat event and is more like rolling out the red carpet. Guests outside of the open-air booth can engage and enjoy the action.  

  • How many people fit in the enclosed booth?

    Our record is 18 so far in the LED enclosed booth! The open air photo booth has hit 25 with some camera adjustments!

  • Do you print two photo strips?

    Yes, and much more!   With our print booths we provide a 2x6" for each person in the photo not just two.  We know you can't recreate that hilarious middle photo and everyone will want a copy. So instead of making them go through the booth again we print a copy for everyone in the photo!  Our top of the line printers automatically and precisely separate the strips for you. Some other companies use less expensive printers that make you or an attendant manually cut them apart with a razor blade or scissors. If more prints are needed they are included!

  • Are the photos unlimited?

    Of Course! Everyone in the booth gets a copy! 2x6 Unlimited Prints are included so the fun & the memories will never stop for your guests! Most companies will not include this!!! Your guests can choose how many prints they would like or our technology "sees" how many people are in the shot and prints a strip for everyone! Guests can also get back in front of the camera again & again!

    The term "Unlimited Prints" means each guest may have one 2x6 photo print per session in the booth, 4x6 prints are a free upgrade, however, they are limited to 2 print copies per booth session regardless of the amount of people in the session. If you would like unlimited 4x6 prints it will be an additional fee. Unlimited Prints is subject to the following limitations. Note that we reserve the right to limit the use of the Photo Booth. What does this mean? Well, this stipulation focuses mainly on our little guests; the adorable kids who love our booth, but who don't yet understand that running right back into the booth and printing the max number repeatedly will use an excessive amount of paper and ink. In order to provide you with the amazing prices for unlimited prints that we do, we'll sometimes have to tell these adorable guests to wait a while before returning, we hope you understand.   

  • How long does it take for the photos to print?

    Two photo strips print in approximately 10 seconds. Generally by the time you are out of the booth, the images have already printed. Our printers are the most state of the art in the industry!

  • What type of printer do you use?

    We use a Lab Quality Sublimation Dye Printer. This means we give you exceptionally high quality photos that are immediately sealed and ready to touch and that will last a lifetime.

  • What is required in order to reserve the booth?

    We require a $150 retainer in order to reserve your date, which is eligible for a full refund up to 7 days after being paid so you'll have time to discuss it with any other decision makers. Reserving a booth is easy just give us a call!

  • How much room do you need for the photo booth? And what are my responsibilities to that?

    Our setup takes about, but not limited to, 10ft x 10ft of space and will need access to a nearby, reliable power source. We are not responsible for photo booth performance based on inferior power supply. We will include tables for our premium props and optional scrap booking station.

  • My vendor requires insurance, do you have that?

    Yes! We are licensed and properly insured. We can provide vendors with the event liability insurance that they require. We have a working relationship with many vendors who already have our insurance on file. If they aren't a current partner it only takes a couple days for us to get the forms they require.  This is part of our process in creating your personalized plan.

  • Can I load pictures to social media or receive text messages instantly?

    Yes! Our booths are designed to be connected to a wifi source or through a 4G LTE hot spot. Guests are able to text or email pictures easily from the booth where you can instantly share your pictures to your major social networking sites! We'll also upload all the photos to your own online gallery on our website where your friends and family can download them for free within forty eight hours. Should you choose, our Facebook page will also host an album for your event that instantly uploads each photo strip as they are taken! Wifi required for free social media / text options. 

  • What if I don't have Wifi?

    No problem. We have packages to provide a hot spot for your booth. Let us know you would like to add that option.

  • Can I capture data with my booth?

    Yes, immense amounts of data can be generated through our booth. We will work with you to personalize what data you would like to receive. 

  • What is a Green Screen and how does it work?

    Green Screen AKA Chroma Key is a fabric that has been used by film and photography for many years. The unique color of the fabric allows our software to place unique images in the background of every photo. This feature is commonly used among all of our clients for birthdays, holidays, school events and and corporate events.  

  • How do your prices compare to the competition?

    We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and photos at a fair price. You'll find lower quality at a lower price but you spend so much time and money on your big day, don't gamble on a photo booth that could stop working or ruin your great memories with blurry, poorly lit low quality prints that will smudge and fade over a short period of time. Our equipment is the most state of the art available and it will work wonderfully at your event guaranteed or your money back! Our prices are all inclusive so find out what you are not getting first from the less expensive companies. There are many excellent photo booth companies and we are competitively priced with them. However, only the best of them, like Desert Memories Photo Booths, offer professional modeling lighting and studio flash, high speed lab quality printers with unlimited prints and 24 mega pixel cameras. 

  • Do you do Corporate Events and Parties?

    Desert Memories Photo Booths are a hit at almost every kind of group celebration. Corporate Christmas parties, fundraisers, Bar Mitzvahs, birthday parties, reunions, school events and of course weddings. If you have a business event, we will present your business logo on the booth screen and the prints, providing you with priceless advertising. No matter what your celebration is, Desert Memories Photo Booths will be the hit of night!

  • How far in advance do we have to book?

    We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date as our schedule fills quickly!  Call, text or e-mail us to check for availability!

  • How much does Desert Memories Photo Booths cost?

    We customize each package to fit your event. However, our basic rates are on our pricing page. Please visit the pricing page for more information.

  • Do you recommend anyone else's services?

    We work with many different DJ's, venue locations, beauty consultants, Bridal shops, and marketing firms. Please feel free to ask us if we have a personal referral for your specific event.
